Rights reserved
AlarmForgeX and the applicable rights holder(s) expressly reserve all copyright, trade mark, design, know-how, confidential-information and other intellectual-property rights they lawfully own or control in original project material. No right is transferred merely because material is published, demonstrated, tested, described or made accessible.
Background and independently developed material
Rights lawfully held in background intellectual property, pre-existing work, independently developed work, prototypes, architecture, methods, code, firmware, designs, documentation, research and know-how remain reserved. Publication of later work does not surrender or merge those rights into the rights of another person.
No admission or concession
Nothing on this website is an admission, acknowledgement or concession that a third party owns, co-owns, commissioned, sponsored, directed, licensed or otherwise has rights in AlarmForgeX material. If ownership of particular material is governed by applicable law or a separate written agreement, that law or agreement controls.
Project provenance
AlarmForgeX is an independently developed technology project. Its development history includes earlier personal experimentation with network-device availability monitoring and automated response concepts, followed by later development of software and embedded monitoring technologies. This statement describes project lineage only; it does not assert that the current AlarmForgeX source code, branding or current feature set existed at the time of those earlier experiments.
Current project releases are preserved with versioned source archives, validation records and cryptographic integrity hashes where practical. Those records are intended to preserve an auditable development trail from the dates on which they are created.
AlarmForgeX mark
AlarmForgeX™ is claimed and used as a project and product mark. The ™ symbol denotes a claimed unregistered trade mark. It is not a representation that the mark is registered. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

No implied licence

Third-party technologies, standards, protocols, interfaces, libraries and other materials remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms. AlarmForgeX does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is referenced, supported or used lawfully for interoperability.
Record date and limits of this notice
This public notice records the rights position asserted as at 18 September 2026. It does not backdate any document, create evidence that did not previously exist, or override mandatory law or a valid written agreement. It is intended to make the present reservation of rights explicit and to avoid any implication that publication amounts to waiver, assignment or abandonment.
