Website account and order information
The website stores account email, optional business name, password hash, verification status, session records and account-security token hashes. Orders, payment references, licence requests, machine identifiers and hardware-binding hashes support purchasing and licence fulfilment.
Service providers and email
Cloudflare hosts the website, database and files and handles transactional email delivery. Stripe handles hosted payment checkout. The website records payment status and Stripe references; customers enter card details in Stripe checkout. Account and workflow email is sent from notifications@alarmforgex.com with replies directed to support@alarmforgex.com.
Cookies and download analytics
A session cookie supports sign-in. Download analytics distinguish historical requests, completed streams, incomplete starts, retries and internal traffic. A completed stream is not evidence that software was installed. Download records do not add IP addresses or device fingerprints. Account-abuse controls and security logs are separate from download analytics.
Local operation and enquiries
AlarmForgeX monitoring runs on the customer’s Windows installation. This website policy describes website and licensing data; it does not promise that every application integration operates without external communications. Contact support@alarmforgex.com with privacy or account-data questions.
