Licence scope
Commercial licences authorise the purchased Health-device capacity on the assigned Windows computer. Receiver-reporting capability is included where configured. Existing historical licences retain their recorded entitlement; this page does not migrate or replace them.
Assignment and upgrades
Assignment uses machine identity and hardware-binding data. A signed licence is issued offline and downloaded through the customer account. Capacity upgrades apply to the selected licensed machine. Contact licensing@alarmforgex.com before changing computers or requesting any transfer; automatic transfer is not promised.
Compatibility
Confirm supported devices and required functions before purchasing. Advanced device functions depend on model, firmware and configuration. Monitoring does not replace maintenance, testing or the underlying security system.
Details requiring approval
