Unused unpaid orders
The customer portal permits cancellation only for eligible unpaid orders with no Stripe session or payment intent, no stock and no assignment. Cancellation retains order history. An abandoned checkout is not proof of payment or cancellation.
Paid orders and refund enquiries
For a paid order, mistaken purchase or compatibility concern, contact licensing@alarmforgex.com with your order reference. Do not send card details, passwords or security tokens. This draft does not promise a refund period, automatic refund or a no-refund rule.
Licences and refunds
A recorded refund blocks new licence issuance for that order. Already issued offline licence files are not automatically revoked by the website. Any commercial refund and licence treatment must be reviewed together.
Details requiring approval
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve the refund/cancellation decision policy and any applicable statutory-rights wording before live payments. Confirm how already issued licences and partial refunds are handled.
