MULTI-SITE COMMERCIAL · CCTV OPERATIONS

Find silent CCTV failures across the estate.

AlarmForgeX gives commercial security, facilities and service teams a health-focused view of supported cameras, NVRs, VMS servers, UPS and other IP security devices across multiple sites—without replacing the CCTV platforms already installed.

Site-based healthOrganise supported devices by site and account so operational faults retain context.
History for service teamsKeep fault and restore history to distinguish a recurring problem from a one-off outage.
Controlled reportingSend qualified faults outward only through reporting paths the site has deliberately configured.
COMMERCIAL ESTATE HEALTH

One operational question across every location: is the CCTV system healthy?

Multi-site organisations often inherit different camera brands, recorder generations and network designs. AlarmForgeX focuses on the common operational layer—availability, selected recording and service states, supporting-device health, fault history and evidence.

01 / SEE

Group devices by site

Keep cameras, recorders, VMS servers, UPS and supported network endpoints associated with the location the service team actually manages.

02 / PRIORITISE

Separate healthy from attention

Use health state and history to focus technicians on sites with current or recurring faults rather than checking systems one by one.

03 / EVIDENCE

Retain service history

Use operational history and PDF/CSV outputs to support handover, maintenance reviews and fault investigation.

WHERE IT FITS

Designed for estates where footage availability matters after the incident.

The value is not another wall of live video. It is knowing which part of the surveillance estate needs attention before someone discovers the problem during an investigation.

SERVICE & ESCALATION

Let health faults enter the workflow the organisation already uses.

AlarmForgeX can keep health information local for technicians, provide reports for service teams, and—where the receiving environment supports it—route qualified technical faults to a professional monitoring centre.

LOCAL

Operations workspace

Technicians review current state, fault history and recoveries from the local AlarmForgeX interface.

SERVICE

PDF / CSV evidence

Generate controlled reports for maintenance records, commissioning and operational review.

RECEIVER

SIA DC-09 / CSV-IP

Commission selected health faults into SIA DC-09 or CSV/IP/T4000 receiver workflows when required.

MULTI-SITE FAQ

Questions before rolling out across an estate.

Start with a representative site and prove the health and reporting workflow before scaling.

Does AlarmForgeX replace the VMS at each site?

No. It monitors supported health alongside the existing VMS, NVR and camera infrastructure.

Can different CCTV brands be monitored together?

Yes where those devices and integrations are supported. Exact telemetry depth varies by product, firmware and available interface.

Does the estate need internet access?

Core monitoring does not require an AlarmForgeX cloud service. Any site-to-site or outbound connectivity is determined by the customer's own network and reporting design.

How should a larger rollout start?

Use the 30-day evaluation on a representative site, validate supported devices and receiver paths, then size the required Health licence or discuss an Estate deployment.

Prove the health workflow before rolling it across the estate.

Use the full evaluation to validate device coverage, fault history and reporting against the systems you already operate.
